How quickly can you provide CVs and nominations?
We aim to provide all CVs and nominations from the medico legal experts in our portfolio within 24hrs.
If I send a completed release of records authority form how long would it take to obtain all relevant medical notes?
Within 14 days. However upon receipt of the medical notes, we will send you a copy for your file.
How long can it take to obtain an appointment date for my client once I have sent you my instruction for the medical expert?
Once we have received your instruction letter we will send our letter to the medico legal expert nominated, together with a copy of the medical notes by recorded delivery and well notify you of an appointment date within 14 days.
What happens if my client fails to attend the appointment?
In all cases, where possible any client that we are aware of that will not be able to attend their appointment, you will be notified immediately. We will then try to contact your client by telephone to establish why they failed to attend. If telephone contact fails this will be followed with a letter to the client, and a copy of the letter will be sent to you.
How long will it take for me to receive the medical reports, after the client has attended their appointment?
We aim to deliver the report to you within 14 days.
